Putting your plan on hold



Have some personal issues that mean you need to take a break from your training?

We are accomodating and happy to help. Ideally, you should be trying to stick to your training plan no matter how tough things get.

However, we do understand life sometimes gets too busy. Let’s take it for two weeks at a time. Keep in touch with us and we can discuss this again in two weeks.

In the mean time, you do what you need to do and let’s get back to the gym as soon as you can!
